‘You make new friends!’: Young curlers on why they love the sport

Curling is a sport played by two teams on ice with large granite stones.

It originated in Scotland more than 100 years ago and the stones used are still made on an island off the coast of Scotland!

What is curling though, some of you may be asking…

Well as the Curling World Cup takes place, we headed to Edinburgh to meet some young players to find out a bit more about the ancient sport and find out why they love it.
