Storm Isha: High winds on the way for much of the UK

After snow and freezing temperatures, stormy weather is set to cause disruption for large parts of the UK.

Storm Isha will hit much of England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland bringing winds of up to 80mph.

There are amber weather warnings for wind from 6pm. Yellow rain warnings are also in place in most areas.

Isha is the ninth named storm to hit the UK since September.
