Meet the boy who knits to help others

Josh is a boy with a very cool hobby.

After the 12-year-old was diagnosed with a condition called epilepsy, he was advised to avoid looking at screens when his seizures were at their worst.

An epileptic seizure is caused by bursts of electrical activity in the brain which affects the way it works. It can cause someone's body to act in ways they can't control such as shaking or causing them confusion.

So Josh turned to knitting, which he says is really relaxing and has helped him through some tough times.

Not only that, but Josh has raised over £3000 for charities that help other people who have the same condition as him.
