Barnet collected a precious home win against off-form Aldershot.

Aaron Morris hit the post for the Shots in the opening stages before Danny Hylton put the visitors ahead with a neat finish from Ben Herd's ball.

Substitute Steve Kabba was fouled in the area by Herd and the big striker stepped up to slam home the resultant spot-kick.

Ricky Holmes got the Bees' winner when he notched after Izale McLeod's shot was saved.

We have to look at ourselves - Herd

(Surrendering leads) "It is becoming a bit of a pattern, we've been in the lead a few times this season. We're not closing games out. We're not getting that vital second goal.

"We've got to look at ourselves and go again. We can't give up on anything. We've got to stick together and try and believe in each other and be positive.

"It is a bit of a learning curve as well. We're learning about each other."
