East Fife: Billy Brown quits post as manager
- Published
Billy Brown has left his post as manager of East Fife by mutual consent.
Brown recently led the Bayview side to safety from relegation following a play-off final win over Peterhead last month.
The former Hearts and Kilmarnock assistant manager took over from Gordon Durie in November and finished in second-bottom place in Division Two.
East Fife was recently the subject of a takeover by a consortium headed by local businessman Lee Murray.
