Kidderminster Harriers 4-1 Forest Green Rovers

Kidderminster Harriers came from behind to hand Forest Green Rovers their fifth defeat in six matches at Aggborough in a fiery second half of three red cards.

Harriers old boy Matthew Barnes-Homer gave Rovers an early lead, only for Kyle Storer to head the hosts level.

Jack Byrne hooked in Harriers' second before Rovers had Al Bangura sent off.

Amari Morgan-Smith then curled in a superb third and blasted home a late penalty, for handball, before James Dance and Aarran Racine were sent off.

Harriers sub Dance and Rovers midfielder Racine both received their marching orders for violent conduct as the result of an ugly mass injury-time scuffle.

That tripled the red card count, referee Kevin Johnson having also sent off visiting midfielder Bangura for his late challenge on Storer, his second bookable offence.

Bangura's 67th-minute dismissal came just two minutes after the impressive Byrne, a first-half substitute for the injured Callum Gittings, had fired Harriers ahead with his first goal in almost 14 months.

Morgan-Smith's first two goals since returning to Kidderminster then helped his team to their biggest win of the season to climb up to second in the table, eight points behind leaders Cambridge.
