Leyton Orient 2-0 Tranmere Rovers
- Published
Promotion hopefuls Leyton Orient took all three points with victory against relegation-threatened Tranmere Rovers.
Orient took the lead just before half-time when Kevin Listbie nudged home from close range after Scott Cuthbert's header was blocked.
Chris Dagnall doubled the lead after the break, capitalising on goalkeeper Owain Fon Williams's mishit clearance to score from 25 yards.
It was harsh on Williams, who had denied Cox, Lisbie and Moses Odubajo.
Russell Slade's Orient are now fourth in the League One table, while Tranmere remain in the relegation zone on 47 points, one behind Crewe who sit above them in the table.
