Conference Premier newcomers Bristol Rovers have signed striker Matty Taylor from Forest Green Rovers.
The 24-year-old's move will be completed when his contract runs out at the New Lawn on 1 July.
Taylor joined Forest Green from North Leigh in 2011 and scored 10 goals in his first season with the club.
He lost his place in the first team last season and was loaned out to Chester, where he netted six times in seven appearances.
Taylor told BBC Radio Bristol: "I came and met the manager Darrell Clarke at the ground and he showed me the set-up. Everything he was saying sounded right for me.
"The club didn't do very well last season but they're looking to bounce straight back and I've got ambitions to play in the Football League."
