Paris St-Germain dropped to fourth in the Ligue 1 table after blowing a two-goal lead to lose at struggling Bastia.
The champions looked set to go back to the top of the league when Lucas Moura's 20-yard chip and Adrien Rabiot put them 2-0 up in 20 minutes.
But Bastia were level at half-time through a Ryad Boudebouz penalty and Francois Modesto header.
Julian Palmieri put them ahead with a fine first-time volley from 25 yards and added a fourth late on.
"We stopped respecting them after the first 35 minutes and they made us pay a heavy price," said PSG coach Laurent Blanc.
It is only a second league defeat of the season for PSG, who have drawn eight of their 20 matches. But they slipped to fourth after St Etienne's 2-1 win at Reims.
Bastia climbed out of the relegation zone with the victory, while Evian also moved out of the bottom three with a 1-1 draw against Rennes.
Nice, without new signing Hatem Ben Arfa after he did not receive international clearance in time to play, beat Lorient 3-1.
Elsewhere, Lens dropped to third bottom with a 2-0 defeat at Guingamp, while Lille beat rock bottom Caen 1-0.
All Ligue 1 players wore black armbands in light of three days of terrorist activity in Paris which saw 17 people killed.
