Jack King: Scunthorpe United sign midfielder

Jack King scored 10 goals in 104 appearances for Preston

Scunthorpe United have signed midfielder Jack King from Preston North End on a two-year deal.

The 29-year-old made 28 appearances for the Lilywhites this season as they secured promotion to the Championship.

He is the Iron's second summer signing after Rochdale midfielder Stephen Dawson agreed a two-year deal.

King tweeted: "Shame to say bye to such a good set of lads but it's pastures new for me next season. Time for a change of club and a new challenge."
