Aaron Mclean: Bradford City release striker by mutual consent
- Published
Bradford City have cancelled the contract of striker Aaron Mclean by mutual consent.
The 32-year-old joined the Bantams from Hull City in January 2014 and scored six goals in 33 league games.
He ended the 2014-15 season on loan at his former club Peterborough United, scoring once in 18 league appearances.
Mclean was part of the caretaker management team put in charge at London Road following the sacking of Darren Ferguson in March.
Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony has told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire there is no truth in the reports linking him to a return to London Road.
