Everton's Francisco Junior & Jonjoe Kenny join Wigan on loan

Francisco Junior's only appearance for Everton came against Leeds in the League Cup almost three years ago

League One side Wigan Athletic have signed Everton pair Jonjoe Kenny and Francisco Junior on loan.

Portugal Under-21 international midfielder Junior, 23, will stay with the Latics for a month.

He has played once at senior level for Everton, his only outing coming in the League Cup in 2012.

Versatile 18-year-old defender Kenny, who has agreed a two-month loan deal, is yet to make his first-team appearance for the Toffees.
