Elliott Ward: Huddersfield Town re-sign Bournemouth defender
- Published
Defender Elliott Ward has rejoined Huddersfield Town on loan from Bournemouth until 28 December.
Ward, who made five starts during a loan spell with the Terriers in September, returns to the club after receiving treatment on a a knee injury.
With the 30-year-old nearing a playing return, Huddersfield agreed a new deal before last week's loan window closed.
"I know that Elliott did well for the team in his original loan," said Terriers boss David Wagner.
"It is good that we can get him back. Elliott is now available to train after his injury, so we have to get across our ideas to him like we have the other players over the last month and get him up to proper fitness."
