Dan Carter one of the greats - Richie McCaw

New Zealand captain Richie McCaw said Dan Carter would be remembered as one of the game's greats after the fly-half made his 100th All Black appearance.
Carter entered the 100 club against England, but his day ended disappointingly as injury forced him from the field in the 26th minute.
"Having him in the team certainly makes your job easy," said McCaw of Carter.
"His contribution has been phenomenal. We take for granted how good he is. We expect great things every time."
McCaw presented the 31-year-old with his 100th cap after New Zealand's 30-22 victory at Twickenham.
"You will go down as one of the greats of world rugby," McCaw told Carter as the rest of the All Blacks squad and Carter's father, Neville, looked on.
Carter, who made his debut in June 2003 against Wales, is the game's record points scorer, with his two conversions and a penalty against England taking his tally to 1,442 points.
He becomes the fifth All Black to reach three figures, joining McCaw, Keven Mealamu, Tony Woodcock and Mils Muliaina.
New Zealand coach Steve Hansen was also generous in his praise for the Canterbury Crusader.
"To reach 100 caps is no mean feat and the style he has achieved them in, there aren't too many bad performances in those 100. He should be pretty proud of himself."
