Germany play Scotland on Monday evening at Hampden Park

Germany and Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil posted a photo of "three bravehearts" on their way to Scotland for Monday's Euro 2016 qualifier in Glasgow. That's Ilkay Gundogan and Emre Can in the photo next to him. "Scotland is a tough team but let's top the group," he tweeted.

Midfielder Aaron Ramsey thanked fans for their support after Wales' 0-0 home draw with Israel left them on the brink of qualifying for a major tournament for the first time since the 1958 World Cup. "Great support again today, proud to play in front of you #TogetherStronger," he wrote on Twitter.
