This season, they've made some huge talent judgement errors. It hasn't clicked with Geno Smith. The Raiders need to blow a lot of things up this offseason.

A rough start for the 2-9 Raiders against the Chargers as quarterback Geno Smith suffers a big sack on third down from the opening drive of the game.

The Raiders punt the ball, but the Chargers make a right hash of the reception, eventually scrambling the ball after cornerback Benjamin St-Juste effectively watched the ball bounce off the turf and into him prior to the ball being recovered.

What are the driving forces for the NFL's international games and where could be next?

As our late games just get under way, why not catch up with this week's episode of our weekly NFL show, which looks at what could be next for the international games.

  18. Sack!published at 21:22 GMT

    Minnesota Vikings 0-0 Seattle Seahawks

A slow start in this one with both offences yet to find their rhythm.

The Vikings have just sacked Sam Darnold on second down and then again on third down to force a huge loss and the Seahawks will punt.

This Minnesota defence are going to have to do a lot of this today to help out rookie quarterback Max Brosmer, who is making his first career start in the place of the injured J.J. McCarthy.

  19. Dolphins hang onpublished at 21:18 GMT

FT: New Orleans Saints 17-21 Miami Dolphins

Decent little effort by the Saints late on but after getting a slightly dodgy onside kick call they couldn't take advantage as a couple of Tyler Shough efforts towards the end zone came up empty handed.

A third win in a row for the Dolphins then, but not the best way to finish it off after a decent first half.

  20. Jets get their third win of the seasonpublished at 21:16 GMT

FT: Atlanta Falcons 24-27 New York Jets

Nick Folk nails the winner as time expires to give the Jets their second home win of the season.

Tyrod Taylor threw for 172 yards, one touchdown as the Jets QB1, adding 44 yards and another touchdown on the ground. The starting job will remain his for now.

The Falcons fall to 4-8, off the pace in the NFC South, despite a monster day for Bijan Robinson - 193 yards from scrimmage, five receptions and one rushing touchdown.

No wonder pundits were backing the Jets to win this week...
