Sanders confident despite rough NFL debut

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders says he's still "made for the NFL" despite a rough regular-season debut for the Browns, completing just four passes in their 23-16 defeat by the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
