Dai Greene confident of improvement after comeback

Welsh 400m hurdler Dai Greene is confident he will improve after finishing third on his comeback at the British Championships in Birmingham on Sunday.
Greene, 29, finished in a time of 50.82 seconds, behind winner Niall Flannery (50.16) and Jack Houghton (50.60).
Fellow Welsh athlete Brett Morse had better luck however, winning the discus title.
"It was nice to be back competing," said Greene.
"I went straight through the first hurdle and from there was playing catch up.
"If you make a mistake like that it's going to be difficult to comeback from it. I lost a lot of momentum."
Greene, the 2011 world champion, had only done one hurdles training session ahead of his competitive return from injury.
He fell well short off the qualifying time for the event for August's World Championships in Beijing, which is 49.50 seconds.
Greene told BBC Sport that although he is just happy to be back for now, he is certain he can run faster.
"I'm sure I'll improve on my performance and get that time down in the coming weeks," he said.
British champion Flannery added: "It was nice to see Dai back and nice to have him in Loughborough training and I hope he gets the time down."
