Cristiano Ronaldo 'proud' of Ballon d'Or win

After winning his second Ballon d'Or, Cristiano Ronaldo says it is "an unbelievable feeling" to be compared to fellow Portuguese Eusebio, who died recently.

The Real Madrid forward, 28, was named world player of the year for the first time since 2008 by national coaches, captains and journalists, beating Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Franck Ribery of Bayern Munich.

Germany goalkeeper Nadine Angerer won the women's award, with former Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes picking up the coach of the year accolade.
