Meet Cardiff Valkyries - the only women's American football team in Wales

Cardiff Valkyries are Wales' first and so far only women's American football team.

They play in the second tier of the National Women’s Football League (NWFL).

BBC Wales Sport caught up with the Valkyries recently at a couple of home matches, discovering the attraction of gridiron to women from a variety of backgrounds.
