Mo Farah ready to race rivals at 2013 Great North Run

Britain's Mo Farah has set his sights on winning his first Great North Run, despite racing against Ethiopian legends Kenenisa Bekele and Haile Gebrselassie.

The trio will compete over the half marathon course between Newcastle and South Shields, but Farah is more accustomed to running over distances of 5,000m and 10,000m.

Double Olympic and world champion Farah this year completed half of the London Marathon as part of his preparation to compete over the full distance in 2014.
