Darren Campbell says athletics is in the gutter

Olympic gold medallist Darren Campbell tells BBC Sport athletics is "in the gutter" following allegations that top coach Alberto Salazaar and American long distance runner Galen Rupp violated anti-doping rules.

Both Salazaar and Rupp both deny the allegations, made in a BBC Panorama programme,

British middle-distance runner Jenny Meadows says she would think twice about pursuing a career in athletics if she were starting out again, while hurdler Tiffany Porter says it is frustrating that achievements on the track are being overshadowed by doping allegations.
