Rio 2016: Irish amateur Conlan welcomes Olympics pro move

London 2012 medallist Michael Conlan say he is happy to fight against professionals in Rio after the decision to allow them to compete in the Olympic Games.

The Belfast bantamweight won bronze four years ago and is among the favourites for the gold medal in Brazil later this summer.

Steven Donnelly, who will also represent Ireland in Rio, was not so happy with the move and said it "ruins" amateur boxing.
