Ashes 2013-14: Joe Root & Steven Finn back 'fantastic' coach Flower

England players Joe Root and Steven Finn praise their "fantastic" coach Andy Flower and say it would be "a great loss" if he left the job.

Flower will not comment on his future beyond the end of the Ashes series, which have England lost to Australia with two Tests still to play.

Root says Flower has been "very good" in developing his England career, while Finn says he "works extremely hard" and has been "superb" for England over the last three years.
