Ashes 2013-14: Alastair Cook's footwork impresses Simon Hughes

BBC Sport's cricket analyst Simon Hughes is impressed by Alastair Cook's footwork despite England's "erratic" batting in the fourth Ashes Test in Melbourne.

In contrast to Cook, who made 51, Hughes says Michael Carberry's lack of movement left him "marooned" as he spent 36 balls stuck on one run at the top of the order.

Australia are favourites to take a 4-0 series lead after England lost five wickets for six runs in a poor batting display in their second innings.
