Matthew Hoggard: Leicestershire need to to make changes

Former Leicestershire captain Matthew Hoggard believes changes need to be made at the club as they have failed to win a County Championship match since 2012.

"It's time we saw some changes, changes that need to start from the top," Hoggard told BBC Radio Leicester.

"There is no point in starting changing a network halfway through, you need to start from the top and work backwards.

"It's a very difficult time for Leicestershire and it's time for somebody to put their hand up and be counted."
