Former England captain Michael Vaughan believes "the first day at Edgbaston was the key to the whole series", as England win the Ashes at Trent Bridge.

Australia have "confidence issues" due to "not being able to play the moving ball", whereas England have "coped well" with the pressure of the series.

England have won their fourth consecutive home Ashes series as they lead 3-1 with only the final Test at the Oval to be played.
