World Road Cycling: Cavendish eyes best chance for victory

Mark Cavendish admits he is more nervous than usual ahead of Sunday's road race in Denmark, when he could have his best ever chance of victory.

Cavendish won the green jersey for top sprinter in this year's Tour de France and starts the race in Copenhagen as favourite, with a strong supporting team and a course expected to result in a bunch sprint, external.

But the Manx star says he feels more responsibility competing for Great Britain and hopes he can match expectations.

Watch Cavendish race from 0900-1605 BST on the BBC Red Button and online (UK only); listen live from 1510-1615 BBC BST on 5 live sports extra.
