Team GB cyclist Emma Pooley takes to the mountains

Cyclist Emma Pooley tells BBC Radio Norfolk how she is putting her Olympics medal disappointment behind her by taking part in the Haute Route through the Alps.

Pooley, a time trial silver medallist in the 2008 Beijing Games, could only manage 10th place at London 2012 on a largely flat course that did not suit her.

It is the second year of the week-long Haute Route from Geneva to Nice and she says of the climbs: "They are some of the hardest in the world, they're pretty long - and I like that kind of thing."
