Cycling is the cleanest sport - Mark Cavendish

Britain's Mark Cavendish says cycling is the "cleanest" sport and is tired of constantly having to defend it.

Lance Armstrong was this week stripped of his seven Tour de France titles for doping, but 2011 world road race champion Cavendish says cycling appears to have more cheats because the testing is much more stringent than in other sports.

Cavendish adds there are cheats in all walks of life and it is narrow-minded to think that whoever is in cycling must be a cheat.
