World Track Championships: Great Britain miss out in sprint

Great Britain's men's sprint team finish sixth in qualifying to miss out on the finals at the World Track Championships in Belarus.

Olympic champion Philip Hindes put in a strong opening lap of 17.525 seconds and was followed by double gold medallist Jason Kenny, which left the team second in 30.339.

However, new 20-year-old anchorman Kian Emadi - riding as Sir Chris Hoy's replacement at man three - could not maintain that pace and Britain came home in 44.270 seconds and out of medal contention.
