Tour of Britain: Sir Bradley Wiggins prepared to 'do anything' to win

Sir Bradley Wiggins says he was prepared "to be hospitalised" in order to win stage three of the Tour of Britain.

Olympic champion Wiggins secured the leaders jersey and he adds that it was nice to do it in front of his "friends and family".

The 33-year-old went round the course in Knowsley, Merseyside in 19 minutes 54 seconds to beat fellow Briton and Team Sky team-mate Ian Stannard by 32 seconds.
