Sir Bradley Wiggins on why his new team is 'unique'

Former Tour de France champion Sir Bradley Wiggins explains why he has launched his own cycling team as part of his preparations for the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Wiggins says the team has been put together to facilitate Great Britain's track program and that there will be no compromises as everything is being done "in house".

The four-time Olympic champion feels this will make his team "unique" and will have "massive benefits" for everyone involved in the team.

This interview was recorded in December 2014.
