Russian athletes competing at Paralympics 'disgusting and horrible' - Vladyslav Heraskevych

Ukraine Olympic skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych says the International Paralympic Committee's decison to allow Russian athletes to compete at the Paralympics as neutrals is "disgusting and horrible".
