Jill Scott's video diary helps England team relax

England's Jill Scott says making her video diary at the Women's World Cup has helped the squad stay relaxed when they are not in action.

Scott's diary appears on the the FA website, and the midfielder says filming her team-mates has helped them "switch off" away from the pitch.

England face France in the quarter-finals of the tournament on Saturday.
