Point at Arsenal pleases Fulham boss Martin Jol

Fulham manager Martin Jol is pleased with the Premier League point his side claimed in a 1-1 draw against Arsenal, external at Emirates Stadium, in which Thomas Vermaelen scored at both ends.

The Belgian international put through his own net in the 65th minute when trying to prevent John Arne Riise scoring from Danny Murphy's excellent pass.

However, the defender then timed his run expertly to head home Arsenal's 82nd-minute equaliser following Theo Walcott's well-placed cross.
