Liverpool must accept defeat - Kenny Dalglish

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish says the 3-0 defeat by Manchester City, external is an example of why successful teams need to be clinical with their goalscoring chances.

The Reds boss says he will be more upset if the players do not learn from the game than he is with the result itself, saying they must "take it on the chin" and move forward.

Dalglish refuses to comment further on the club's decision not to appeal against Luis Suarez's eight-match suspension, external for racially abusing Patrice Evra, despite there being "plenty he wants to say" about the situation.
