Cardiff's Malky Mackay bemused by disallowed goal

Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay believes the referee made a "howler" in disallowing a Kenny Miller goal and admits his side still have all to play for after losing their Carling Cup semi-final first leg against Crystal Palace 1-0, external.

Mackay thinks that referee Mike Dean ruled Miller's goal out to make amends for awarding a corner, but says he is proud of the way his team played after they created numerous chances at Selhurst Park.
