Roy Hodgson says West Brom's win at Stoke was significant

West Brom manager Roy Hodgson is pleased that his players "remained strong" and picked up a "terrific" three points at the Britannia Stadium.

The Baggies beat Stoke 2-1 thanks to a late goal from Graeme Dorrans and Hodgson is delighted with what he calls a "significant victory".
