Avram Grant backs 'brilliant' Redknapp for England

Former Chelsea, West Ham and Portsmouth manager Avram Grant gives his backing to Harry Redknapp to be the next England manager, saying the FA "will not find better" than the Tottenham boss to fill the vacancy left by Fabio Capello.

Grant, who worked with Redknapp as director of football at Portsmouth, praises Redknapp as "brilliant", saying the FA "need to give him the job" as he would "get the best out of the players" at his disposal.
