Roberto di Matteo coy on future Chelsea role

Chelsea's caretaker manager Roberto di Matteo says the departure of Andre Villas-Boas has made it a difficult time for the club, and refuses to be drawn on whether he would like to keep the position on a full-time basis.

Speaking after his side reached the FA Cup quarter finals with a 2-0 win at Birmingham, the Italian adds that losing their former manager has been "difficult to deal with" but praises his side's mentality, saying they "stood up to the fight and competed well" at St Andrew's.
