Spurs fan doctor on Fabrice Muamba 'miracle'

Tottenham fan and London chest hospital consultant cardiologist Dr Andrew Deaner tells BBC Sport's Dan Roan that Fabrice Muamba's recovery has been "miraculous" and explains how and why he ran onto the pitch to help resuscitate the Bolton player.

Dr Deaner explains how he convinced the stewards to let him "run down the back of the East stand and straight onto the pitch."

He says it is "very unusual" to see a recovery like Muamba's but praises the "domino effect" of all the people involved in the incident.
