Theo Van Seggelen, the general secretary of players' organisation FIFPro, says Mario Balotelli needs professional help to manage his behaviour.

The Dutchman says Balotelli needs to realise professional footballers are role models and he has a responsibility to respect the team and his colleagues.

Van Seggelen says it seems the Italian striker is unable to control his behaviour himself, so his club, Manchester City, should get him professional help.
