Decisions made it difficult for Man City - Mancini
Roberto Mancini claims his opinion of English referees has changed since taking over as Manchester City manager, saying they are "probably" no longer the best officials in the sport.
The Italian suggests that recent controversial decisions have "made it very difficult" for City to win the league.
Mancini's comments come after several high-profile decisions, including some contentious penalties given in favour of title rivals Manchester United.
Meanwhile, United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted speaking to Young over allegations of diving after previously saying the winger "overdid it" when he earned a spot-kick against Villa.
