Media overlooked Hodgson - Barry

Manchester City and England midfielder Gareth Barry says the media overlooked Roy Hodgson for the post of England manager and says he is not surprised by the appointment of the 64-year-old Englishman.

Speaking at the Fashion Kicks charity event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, Barry says he does not know Hodgson but is keen to "see what happens" now the West Brom boss has been tasked with leading England.
