Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker talks to Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany about their "incredible" Premier League title win, which the skipper says ranks up there with the birth of his daughter and his wedding day.

City won their first title in 44 years in dramatic style after battling back from 2-1 down to defeat QPR 3-2 at the Etihad Stadium.

Kompany says City "deserved" to win the title over rivals Manchester United as they were the "better team" all season.
