Roy Hodgson addresses new black and Asian coaches

Roy Hodgson congratulates a group of aspiring black and Asian coaches on winning a bursary designed to support their studies and help address the lack of minority ethnic coaches in football.

The England manager jokes he hopes to see a few of the candidates "in league football within the rest of my lifetime - so you'd better get cracking".

The 49 coaches on the scheme will all get to experience life at a Premier League or Football League club, with the initiative being managed by former West Brom and Arsenal defender Brendon Batson, who is now an FA consultant for equality.
