Manchester City's start work on new Football Academy
Premier League champions Manchester City have begun work on their state-of-the-art academy and training ground.
The club confirmed on Friday that BAM Construction will begin work on the 80-acre site adjacent to Etihad Stadium.
BBC Sport's reporter Richard Conway talks to City's Football Development Executive, Patrick Vieira, who says the complex aims to help encourage more academy players to break into the first team in the future.
