Mario Balotelli didn't play well, says Roberto Mancini

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini believes striker Mario Balotelli "didn't play very well" despite scoring his first Premier League goal of the season in their 2-0 win over Wigan.

Two second-half goals from the Italy international and James Milner ensured City remain unbeaten in the league.

But while Mancini feels Balotelli "can do better", he says it was "important to get back to winning ways" after drawing their last Premier League match at Chelsea.
