Racism in football: Uefa plans 10-match bans

Uefa general secretary Gianni Infantino proposes new plans to combat racism in football, including 10-match bans for players found guilty of racist abuse.

Piara Powar of anti-racism group FARE (Football Against Racism in Europe) says Uefa's announcement "sets the standard" for the way governing bodies deal with racism.

Infantino and Powar were speaking at the Soccerex event in Manchester.
